The

Andy Polanski Charitable Foundation (APCF)

is proud to work with

AHS Transplant Services

to support patients, families and the Edmonton Human Organ Procurement Exchange (HOPE) Program to embark on an event to both raise awareness of the HOPE program and support organ donor families during a time of greatest need. Although every situation and journey is unique, the pain and grief impacting the surviving family remains consistent. Being able to extend support to an organ donor family through such a difficult and heartbreaking time is a small gesture Andy’s family wishes to extend from one organ donor family to another.

On April 20, 2024 APCF is hosting

An Evening of HOPE

at the Fort Saskatchewan Normandy Room. A goal has been set to raise $75,000.00 to purchase 50 Gifts of HOPE ($1500.00/gift) to be provided to organ donor families when entering into the HOPE program. Items such as accommodation gift cards, food gift cards, parking passes, toiletry items, comfort items (pillow, blanket, teddy bear & books) are selected to assist with immediate needs during time spent at the hospital.  Additional items, such as a memory box, ceramic heart, and donor recognition medal are keepsake items to honour the donor hero and to be treasured by the family members.

So come join us for an incredible

evening filled with inspiration, live music, great food, dancing and laughter!

Come together with friends and family to support the Andy Polanski Charitable Foundation, to hear the

The Long Run: Canada’s Salute To The Eagles,

bid for amazing live auction items, and make a difference in the lives of donor families. Enjoy a memorable evening while contributing to a great cause.

Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to spread hope and create positive change.
