is "To make things better not for ourselves but for everyone around us."
This vision is solely inspired by the sincere and generous personality of Andy encompassing his many wonderful attributes and traits that has left a mark on those who knew him and continues to inspire others. We believe that all the good that we have in our lives today are because of all the good deeds that others have done for us.
APCF continues to recognize the youth of today that exhibit the same qualities as Andy in their every day lives through awards in our community.
